- 2 frozen bananas
- 200 ml nut drink (almond, cashew, hazelnut)
- 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use a mix of vegan rice and pea protein with BCAA)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fine oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- optional 1 date
- toppings: goji, chia, banana, granola, etc
Mix together in a blender all the ingredients minus the toppings until nice and creamy.
Add to a bowl and decorate with toppings.
